dctsportslab is a design and manufacturing lab for custom sportswear. one team handles the artwork and the production, so what you approve on screen is what lands in the kit bag.
basketball kits
jerseys and shorts as a matched set. names, numbers, sponsor blocks and roster sizing handled as standard.
in-house production
we produce what we draw. fabric, print and stitching are specified by the same people who made the mockup.
clubs and brands
league teams, university squads, run clubs and merch drops. small batches welcome, big rosters no problem.

sketch to delivery
no guesswork, no surprises

submit your request
fill in the request form with your sport, quantity, colours and any artwork you already have. it takes a couple of minutes and it gives us everything we need to quote.

our designers create mockups
we turn the brief into full kit mockups, front and back, in your colourway. you see the jersey, the shorts and the number treatment before anything is cut.

review and approve
send notes, swap colours, move the logo, change the font. we revise until you sign off. nothing goes to production without your approval.

production and delivery
approved artwork goes straight into manufacture. we print, cut, stitch and quality check the full order, then ship it to you ready to play in.
